Sarah Rulseh began practicing yoga in 2005 and immediately felt a deep connection to the practice. She loved how it left her feeling clear-headed, grounded, and ready to face the world. Over time, yoga became such a meaningful part of her life that she enrolled in a yoga teacher training, not originally to teach, but to deepen her own practice. To her surprise, that journey quickly inspired her to share the benefits of yoga with others.
Sarah is a RYT 500 yoga teacher, certified through Heaven Meets Earth Yoga in Evanston. She also holds a Chair Yoga certification and is a Level 3 Reiki practitioner, bringing an element of energetic awareness and mindfulness into her classes.
Over the past 20 years, Sarah has witnessed firsthand how her yoga practice has evolved, and that evolution has become the foundation of her teaching philosophy. She believes yoga should meet you where you are. As we change and grow, so should our practice.
Sarah’s classes weave in pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy, inviting students to experience yoga not just as a physical practice, but as a practical tool for daily life. Yoga doesn’t need to stay on the mat or in the studio. What you learn through the practice can be a steady companion through it all.
In addition to teaching yoga, Sarah is the owner of A Space of Clarity, a professional organizing business that blends the KonMari Method™ and yoga philosophy to help clients create spaces, and lives, that spark joy and support inner calm.
