More About Sarah
In 2023, I made the decision to invest in myself and enroll in yoga teacher training. You might be wondering: What on earth does yoga have to do with organizing and decluttering? Well, bear with me.
Yoga teacher training allowed me to clear the mental clutter that had built up over time, helping me reconnect with who I really am. This marked the beginning of what I now call my mid-life awakening.
As I began living more in tune with myself, I became more aware of the physical clutter around me; much of which reflected a version of me that no longer existed. So began my decluttering journey, tackling my home one closet at a time.
Along the way, I remembered Marie Kondo’s book The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up and borrowed it from the library. The book resonated with me deeply because it has a spiritual quality, much like yoga. One of the main principles in her book is to imagine your ideal life. As I applied her method to decluttering and organizing my home, I started to feel more energized and gained clarity about what I truly wanted from life.
So here I am now! A professional organizer and yoga teacher who offers two services that support a more intentional way of living.
Through home organizing, I help clients clear physical clutter and design spaces that feel calm, functional, and aligned with their values. Spaces that support clarity, ease, and purposeful living. As a yoga teacher, I guide students in reconnecting with their breath, body, and inner awareness, creating space for mindfulness, resilience, and self-discovery.
While each service stands on its own, they share a common intention: to help you create space, physically and mentally, for what truly matters.
